FCDG hosts Roller Derby Skills Clinic with Smarty Pants!

The FCDG is proud to welcome Smarty Pants of the Texas Lonestar Rollergirls (TXRD) to London, Ontario on August 29, 2009. We're hosting Smarty Pants to offer intermediate/advanced roller derby skate skills-training to our league and visiting leagues from Canada and the US.

Smarty Pants skates banked track and flat track roller derby as jammer, blocker and pivot with the TXRD Lonestar Roller Girls. Smarty Pants is the Captain for the Holy Rollers and also skates for Team Vagine Regime on the flat track. She has taught roller derby boot camps in Las Vegas, NV and in Australia... and she is now coming to London, ON!

The Holy Rollers won the coveted TXRD Cavello cup for 2007 and 2008, and you may recognize Smarty Pants and the TXRD from the A&E show "Rollergirls".

Come out, train with one of the best and skate with a great bunch of girls. We are trying to keep it small so everyone gets a chance to skate. So if your interested sign up now.
